Ty Camp

What a setting! Ty Camp is a delightful coastal retreat, very well equipped and offers uninterrupted beautiful sea views.

Ty Camp has a wonderful family kitchen with range cooker and all you need for family entertaining. There is a lovely dining table next to patio doors leading out to the terrace, which overlooks the sea.

The super living room has a fabulous window seat, and also plenty of chairs to relax in front of the open fire on chilly evenings.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two with king size beds one of which has an en suite, and one with twin beds, and the main bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor there is another bedroom with another king size bed. Adjacent to this room is a cloak room with WC and wash basin.

There is plenty of parking at Ty Camp.

Ty Camp is located on the very desirable Ravenspoint road and is within walking distance of many fabulous beaches including Porth Diana beach. In addition, the Seacroft restaurant is easily accessible by foot, taking in the breath taking views of Trearddur bay coastline along the way.

Please be advised that TY CAMP is not suitable for children under the age of 4 as the garden is not enclosed. Dogs are welcome.

Tullochside

Located in a prime position over looking the main beach in Trearddur Bay, Tullochside is the perfect family get-together holiday home. Just yards away from one of the best beaches on Anglesey it is ideal for your year round beach fun holiday. Exceptionally well equipped throughout there is nothing you could want for at this stunning property. Pets are also welcome too, although we ask that you please keep pets off the sofas and beds. Tullochside has four bedrooms, the first floor has one super king, one twin (2 x 3’ beds) whilst the ground floor has one king size and one with bunk beds and a single bed. There are two separate lounge areas, the first floor reception room has patio doors with magnificent views, and on the ground floor there is a huge kitchen/living/dining room leading out to the rear garden through patio doors. The kitchen has a range style cooker, large fridge and freezer and dishwasher. Outside the is a BBQ, firepit, patio table and chairs along with a lovely sofa for relaxing. There is a main bathroom upstairs with a bath and separate shower cubicle, downstairs has an additional shower room along with washing machine. There are smart TV’s in both living rooms. The driveway allows parking for several cars. The rear garden is completely enclosed so it is safe for dogs. Tullochside is just a few minutes walk from all the bars, restaurants, shops, post office etc that Trearddur has to offer.

Ty Deryn

Ty Deryn is a much loved home that has been modernised to make a fantastic holiday home by the sea for any larger family group or indeed two families looking to share. It is situated at the top of Ravenspoint rd which is the most popular holiday area within the village of Trearddur Bay on Anglesey. Ty Deryn is a short walk to the beaches and coves of Porth Diana as well as being just a short hop onto the stunning Anglesey Coastal Path offering some of the best coastal walking in the area. The bungalow sits within a large plot offering parking for up to ¾ cars and a lovely big lawned garden.

Ty Deryn has been well designed to have a light and airy feel and is centred around the spacious open plan living area at the heart of the house where you will find the kitchen, dining area and living room; there is also a work space for those who cannot quite or do not want to leave the computer at home! The views from the living area are out over the gardens towards the Porth Diana nature reserve and further beyond to Holyhead mountain.

There are 3 bedrooms; 2 double, 1 twin, a very stylish modern shower room and a further bathroom with shower.

We feel sure that this will be a lovely relaxing base by the sea away from the hustle and bustle yet within close reach of facilities.

Tarian Haf

Tarian Haf is a charming 3 bed bungalow situated in the popular Porth Diana area of Trearddur Bay, just up the road from the pretty coves of that make up Porth Diana. With glimpses of the sea from the living room and rear garden, plus the coastal feel of the property, it is an ideal holiday home in all seasons.

There is an airy open plan living space with sitting area and kitchen, all decorated with the seaside in mind. The art is indeed a real feature at this property. Autumn and Winter , and let’s face it some spring breaks can be made cosier with help from the log burning stove. There is even an old piano for family sing alongs! The kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine and dishwasher. There are three bedrooms; one double and two twins all with very comfortable beds. There is a bath/shower room plus a further WC for your convenience.

Outside you will find another major draw for this property, a good sized rear garden complete with summer house. The summer house has power and a kettle so ideal for lazy days in the sun. There is parking for 2 cars or a car and a boat.

Wonderfully located 4 bed bungalow a stone’s throw from the rocky coves and sandy beaches of Porth Diana in Trearddur Bay.

Pedwar Gwynt is a fantastic property ideally suited for a family stay by the sea. Spacious enough for two families to share but equally suited to any couples looking for a well presented, comfortable retreat enjoying sea views in an enviable location, close to beaches and amenities.

There is a main living room with tv/dvd/freeview and far more importantly, fantastic sea views!

There are 2 double rooms, one having an ensuite shower room, also one twin and one bunk room. The lucky inhabitant of the top bunk can enjoy sea views from the comfort of the bed!

The house has recently been refurbished and enlarged. The main bathroom has been equipped with a large walk-in shower. The master bedroom (part of the new extension) has its own bathroom and laundry area, with washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen opens out into a light and airy orangery style room, which serves as both the dining room and a further sitting area. There is a cosy bench seat around the kitchen table and room for 12 to eat. The extension opens out onto the enclosed garden, with a patio & seating area for alfresco dining where you can enjoy the views over to the sea.

Maes Y Bryn

Maes Y Bryn is a large four bed bungalow property offering a peaceful and secluded location to those who wish to be close to Trearddur Bay but also away from the hustle and bustle. Property sleeps 8 with x 2 double rooms and x 2 twin rooms. One bedroom is en-suite with a walk-in shower and toilet facility and the other bathroom has a step-in bath with shower over and a separate WC.

Property has a large conservatory with useable sofa bed for any additional guests. Property benefits from a log burner and open plan living/dining and a large dining table and a well equipped kitchen with fridge, large freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, perfect for cosy evenings entertaining and catching up with friends and family.

Large bi-fold doors open out onto a sprawling decking area with decking and grass garden with lovely views of the in-land sea. Ideal for children and pets to play. Please note the garden is open and not secure for dogs. This property is situated about 1 Mile from the beach and local amenities of Trearddur Bay.

The Crest

The Crest is a beautiful coastal property that sleeps 8 guests in four bedrooms. Being well located high up on Ravenspoint Road in Trearddur Bay, the views are breathtaking, as you look across to the Irish Sea and along the Anglesey Coastline, to the Llyn Peninsular beyond. Cosy sitting room with working log fire with twin room next door making it a great set up for keeping a close eye on young ones. Four ground floor bedrooms, two bathrooms and a quirky kitchen which features an original cast iron spiral staircase which leads to a mezzanine area.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to have a great seaside holiday. The property also benefits from free WI-FI and freeview TV.

A wood burner in the living room adds a special cosy feel for chilly evenings. There is plenty of parking and lovely garden areas surrounding the property.

Ael Y Bryn

Ael Y Bryn sits at the end of a headland in the much loved village of Trearddur Bay and offers outstanding views back towards the main bay and out to sea. The property has lovingly renovated to a high standard with a quirky attention to detail and offers a high standard of accommodation to any larger family groups looking for a special holiday home by the sea.

The accommodation is all on one floor and one of the bedrooms is in an attached annexe.

The very well equipped kitchen has fab sea views and accommodates a large dining table. There is a dishwasher and large american style fridge freezer with ice machine for those sunset cocktails!

The living room has dual aspect views out to sea and into the bay.

There are 4 bedrooms in the main part of the bungalow, one having 2 singles and a set of bunks, and 3 further doubles, one being ensuite. There is a stunning family bathroom which houses a rainforest style shower as well as a stylish bath.

The annexe, which is to the other side of the kitchen, houses a further double bedroom, sitting room, shower room and kitchenette and has its own sun terrace.

To the outside of the property there is ample parking for several cars/boats/jetskis. The garden which is mostly rough coastal grassland has direct access down on to the coastal path which you can follow round to the main bay or to the coves at Porth Diana, which also offer great bathing opportunities.
