Inside, the living room is bright and airy with views towards Holyhead Mountain, and two huge comfortable snuggle chairs. Off the living room is a well fitted new kitchen with all mod cons. Leading off the kitchen is a handy downstairs WC. From the living room there is a staircase leading to the bedroom and en -suite shower room. A cosy and compact holiday home in the heart of Trearddur Ba. Open the front door and the entrance hall leads to the two ground floor bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a shower room with large walk in shower. Stairs to the first floor bring you to the lovely bright living/kitchen dining space which has patio doors leading to a lovely balcony with sea views. The balcony has a couple of chairs for relaxing and enjoying the views. The kitchen has a cooker with double oven/grill, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge. The cottage is a two minute walk to the fabulous beach. The shops, Café’s and restaurants are all within a gentle stroll. There is parking for one car in the layby just along the road. Please note that this cottage does not have a garden area.

Cae Grugog Cottage is a lovely detached property in a great location for all local amenities in Trearddur Bay. The large rear garden is totally enclosed and a dog will be very welcome. Plenty of parking too. Entrance hall, bright living room, separate dining room, breakfast room, and a well appointed kitchen. There is a ground floor bedroom with a king size bed, and a family bathroom. Upstairs we have another bedroom with a king size bed, along with a twin bedded room, and a shower room. There is also a fold up single bed if needed. Outside there are lovely garden areas with a dining table for eating al fresco.
