Refund Policy

We appreciate that on occasion you may need to cancel or amend your booking. Please speak with us first — we pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating.

We adopt a full or partial refund policy depending on how far in advance you cancel:

100% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking (provided the stay is at least 60 days away)
50% refund (minus £10 admin charge) if cancelled at least 8 weeks before check in
25% refund (minus £10 admin charge) if cancelled at least 4 weeks before check in
No refund if cancelled less than 4 weeks before check in
