Sandown House is a perfect base for a large gathering by the sea! Situated right next to the beach the views from the first floor rooms are just fantastic. Downstairs there is a large entrance lobby with a kitchen, dining room and two double bedrooms and a shower room. there is also a utility area that can be accessed from garden, ideal for sandy feet and wetsuits. 
Upstairs you will find the main bedroom, 2 further double rooms, a bath/shower room and the lounge. Both the main bedroom and the lounge have access onto the balcony with stunning views out over the bay. You could not be better situated to make the most of the beach and you don't even have to leave the house to do it!
